This training offers a toolkit of the concepts, policies, practices, and mindsets needed to respond to harassment as an individual and as an organization. 

This training leads Executive Directors in a crash-course on key policies: how policies differ from procedures and practices, style considerations in writing policies, and more.

This training is designed to bring together board members and executive directors to name the boundaries that keep this relationship healthy, practice setting those boundaries, and consider policy and procedure approaches that help keep these boundaries clear and firm.
